All players must submit a Tournament Entry Form for each tournament they

or upgrade to a Tour V.I.P. Membership on a secure e-commerce site. Please note a new Tournament Entry Form must be filled out
for each individual player for each tournament. Prepayment and submission of a
Tournament Entry Form is required for all players to be officially registered.
If you are paying by check or money order, payment must be received within 7
days of reserving your spot. Tournaments are open to the
first 100 paid registrants. Once payment and Tournament Entry Form is received,
you will be posted on the Pre-registered
Players page on this website.
**To sign up to play as a foursome (2 teams together), simply request
your pairing on the Tournament Entry Form. So that we have contact info for all
players, each individual must fill out a Tournament Entry Form.
